Heartstrings Returns!

Heartstrings is a gathering of women in a time of silence, music, handwork, gentle qi gong movement, guided meditation, and reflective conversation. The new series begins on Tuesday, Oct. 11 and continues on Tuesday afternoons through Nov. 15. The Sanctuary will open for informal gathering at 3 p.m., and our program will be from 3:30 to 5 p.m.

If you wish to participate, you are welcome to bring your knitting or crochet project, cross stitch, or any quiet work of the hands. Or, if mandalas interest you, we have a collection from which you may choose, to fill in with colors that express your own inner spirit.

No registration is needed. You may participate in all the sessions, or come any Tuesday afternoon you can. If you have questions or concerns, please contact Margaret Gainer.
