Save the Date! Women's Retreat, January 6-8, 2012

The theme for this winter's retreat is "Pathways," and our speakers will be Pamela Nates, Julie Scheve, and Anne Swanson. Sign-ups will take place from October 24 through December 11.

All-Church Dinner and Annual Meeting
Saturday, January 28, 6:00 p.m.

Join us at 6:00 p.m. in Fellowship Hall for dinner (hosted by the Youth as a fundraiser), followed by our annual meeting in the Santuary at 7:15. Please sign up after worship any Sunday in January or call the church office to let us know you will join us. The meeting will include reports and special recognition awards. We will vote on our nominations for boards and committees, and our proposed annual budget. This is an important meeting, so please plan to attend — your voice and your vote are needed. Childcare will be provided during the business meeting.

Low Ding Zone Concert, February 18th at 4:00 p.m.

Low Ding Zone, the World's First Bass-Only Handbell Ensemble, is coming to FCCSJ! You'll want to bring your friends and family to share the experience — their unusual repertoire using the heavier end of the bell set, LDZ ("El Dee Zed" to those Across the Pond) is a decidedly fun twist on what you usually see in the ringing world. Be there!
